Ma allora, porcaccia la miseria, l’Europa ha solo un’identità negativa, si definisce solo per ciò che non è? (E’ abbastanza evidente che nessuno di Der Spiegel ha seguito di recente seminari sul Sofista). Al che Henri-Levy risponde:
"Yes. That’s the beauty of it. It’s a negative project. We all come together and agree what we are not. The European Union should not be prescribing an identity".
(L’intervista offre altri spunti di riflessione interessanti. Henri-Levy rimprovera un certo semplicismo ai neo-con, ma è abbastanza semplicistico sulle origini del terrorismo, mi pare).
